Triathlon Programs- Jules and Rob both compete regularly in Triathlons. Each hold strengths in different areas Jules on the Bike and Swim - Rob on the Bike and Run. Together they create the Triathlon programs that will give you th confidence for all three legs. For Beginner Triathletes - The beginner triathlete personal training programs are desgined to give you confidence in all three areas Swim, Bike and Run. Enticer events are usally the smallest and a great place to start out. Consists of a 300mtr Swim, 7km Ride, 2km Run Sprint event a bit more adventurous 750mtr swim, 20km bike, 5km run Olympic event requires more training or even put a team together 1.5m swim, 40km ride, 10km run The program will cover transition training, speed work, brick work (more than one leg at a time) and endurance training. We also cover what to wear, nutrition for racing and what to expect on the race day. At the end of your sessions we endeavour to compete with you in your selected Triathlon event so you have the support to get you through to the end of the Triathlon.
