FAQ
Kids are welcome to come to the classes. However they are your responsibility. Feel free to bring their scooters, bikes and food. There are always plenty of kids to play with, especially in the morning time slots and they will also get a workout!
Rain - In wet weather we use the Scout Hall at the Park same spot same place. No excuse not to come ;)
Pre Exercise Questionnaire - everyone needs to complete a pre exercise questionnaire before participating, for health and safety reasons. Download it here! Location - Cnr of Koorabel and Euroka Street, West Wollongong. Drive into the drive on the corner of th park, it takes you into the scout hall car park.

Mystery Class starts Friday July 20th 5.15pm - will change style from week to week. Weights - Tabata - Stretch/Core - Bootcamp - Interval. This one will mix it up.
Mums N Bubs starts Monday July 16th - This class is for anyone starting out, but is aimed towards mums that have recently given birth or those looking to start out after a period away from exercise. Lighter pace walking, strength and core exercises.
Tabata Circuit - 30 minutes of Interval training. 20seconds on 10 seconds rest 8 times per exercise - The exercises will range from skipping, clean and press, step-ups, squats, push ups, medicine ball slams, sit ups, sprints the exercise list is endless. Awesome for fitness, awesome for results, awesome for burning maximum calories in a short amount of time.
Interval/Run - Is for everyone especially for those who would like to try a 5km run or go into a fun un. This class is the fastest way to get fit and lose weight. A great cardio workout with a combination of run drills and strength exercises.
Boxing - If you want to release tension and let out your frustrations then come along to boxing. An interval training workout that is great for strength and cardiovascular endurance. Using boxing and kick boxing drills. An all over body workout for your arms, abs and legs, you will feel and love this workout!
Weights - Using barbells and 1kg to 5kg weights plates this classes works your muscles from top to toe. Legs, chest, back, triceps, biceps, lunges, shoulders and abdominals. the weights workout changes each week from high repetitions to tabata weights to a workout with music. Awesome for strength, power and calories burning.
Belly camp - A 35 minute boot camp style circuit cardio workout easier paced class great for first timers or mums getting back into it! Combined with abdominal Pilates exercises to finish.
Zumba - Party Time! With disco lights flashing and the lights turned down you can let it all go in this fun style dance aerobics class, you can burn up to 600 cal per 55minutes with this fun filled session. Great one to go to with friends.
