Tania quotes " She love hates the workouts and but afterwards she feels great". Tania admits to not being into any exercise before training with us and finds that the smaller groups more fun, with one on one attention. It is also a great outlet we have good laughs with other members whilst you exercise.
Kate has been with Jules Fitness since last year 2010 and has recently bumped up her exercise another level. Since doing this her weight loss has increased. Kate believes the Wednesday Weights class has helped her to lose more kilos. Kate has combined eating healthy with training hard, she has now lost over 20kilos.

Sylvia has been training with us since Jan 2012. Syl starting out doing Personal Training and now attends group classes regularly. Her consistency has seen her shine over the last 12 weeks; Syl has lost 10 kilos and 50 plus cm from her body.

Lost 12kg and 31cm. Increased my training cycled a few more times a week and watched what I ate kept my calories at 1200 limited alcohol intake, yes its hard but once your into it, it becomes like second nature and you no longer crave sugar or fat.
Leisa has lost over 12kg since embarking on her fitness and weightloss journey back in December 2011. Leisa joined the Jules Fitness Team in Feb 2012 and since then has smashed out a few fun runs, makes time to come to bootcamps, boxing and weights class. She is a mum of two young children who works three days a week in Sydney and if she can do this we all can. Leisa you"ve done an awesome job.
Alison Hick - what an inspiration! Ali has lost 27 plus kilos since starting her weight loss journey with us. Ali joined Jules Fitness last year in June 2011.
I started out with Zumba classes and has slowly built upto doing the weights, boxing, tabata and my new goal is to do Robs Monday Interval class.
My weight loss really picked up after I started to exercise at that higher intensity, level and the crew at Jules Fitness gives you the confidence to acheive things that I would never have thought I could do. I still have a little way to go so stay tuned to this page and track my results.

We both started with Jules Fitness at the beginning of this year Jan 2011 and since then I have lost 27 kilos and my wife Bek 17 kilos. My goal is to get into the police force I am only 2 kilos away from that goal, I am now putting my application in Jan 2012 knowing I will be at that goal weight.
The outdoor classes that helped the most with my weight loss was Robs monday morning run. Hard as it is, it is the class that has given me the best results. Coming in second is the Bootcamps on Tuesday and Thursday nights, they are always different and fun filled. I cannot thank Jules and Rob enough they have changed our lives. They are always their for their clients, motivating us through the good and bad times.
I started training with Jules Fitness Outdoor Groups and Zumba back in Sept 2010 and since then I have lost 6kg. Jules and her trainers have helped me regain my self confidence and self esteem.
I recently competed in my first ever Triathlon down at Huskison, where I teamed up with Jules. I did the 750m swim leg and then backed up after Jules' ride with the 5km run leg.
There is no way I would of ever imagined I could do such an event. Jules is an inspiration and she always looks out for her clients, her training methods are awesome as she pushes you to do the best you can do each time and makes you feel unreal whilst doing it.
Before Sept 2010
I have been training with Jules since Nov 2010. When I joined I weighed 96kg and now I weigh 81kg so Ive lost a whopping 15kg, I still have 5kg until I reach my goal weight.
Ive lost a total of 12cm from my waist and 11cm from my hips so far. Im still going so I plan to go further and loose more than this.
I partisipate in both the outdoor groups and the Zumba classes they are all fun and very doable, though I would have to say I really get into the Zumba its my favorite.
Jules allows you to work at your own pace, she will pick you up and push you forward as she sees your fitness increasing.
Before Feb 2010
I started at Jules Fitness Outdoor Groups last winter in July 2010, my first ever class was bootcamp. Jules encouraged me and my daughter Brits through our first workout which we survived and we have been attending the training sessions regularly ever since.
Over the last year I have lost over 10cm from my waist and 11cm from my hips. My goal was to gain fitness as I ride for Exsight Tandum Teams, each weekend we help visually impaired people to ride bikes and keep fit. I also enjoy partisipating in the Sydney to Gong cycle each November.
My fitness level has increased dramatically and I am feel much better within myself.
Now Feb 2011
My favorite class is still Bootcamp on Tuesdays at 6pm as Jules comes up with a different class structure each week that pushes your boundaries.
Before August 2010 City To Surf
I meet Jules at our childs swimming lessons back in June 2010 and she convinced me to come try her Outdoor Group Training. She said I would enjoy the weight training on Wednesdays at 9.30am and she was right! Ive meet new friends and have a new found confidence within myself.
I am so glad I went because she has changed not only my life around but my husbands as well. We both recently competed in the Huskisson Triathlon and without Jules support, her help and warmth we would never be where we are today - fit, healthy and happy.
My husband Matt has lost 20kilos since we started training.
So I highly recommend Jules and her Team. She is a really nice, friendly person that takes the time to individually help you and listen to you. A big thanks Jules Fitness and her team of trainers.
